The Orchard Bethlehem sought to enhance their outdoor dining area with a durable, low-maintenance decking solution. The project involved addressing specific installation quirks, such as minimal clearance and easy access to a covered drain, while ensuring the deck could withstand high traffic and blend seamlessly with the existing environment. 

The project faced several challenges: 

• Low Clearance: The deck needed to be low-lying with minimal clearance to match the curb height and reduce tripping hazards. 
• Drain Access: A covered drain required occasional easy access, necessitating a solution that would allow for quick removal and replacement of decking boards. 
• Tight Timeline: The Orchard Bethlehem wanted minimal disruption to their service, requiring fast delivery and quick installation of the decking. 

BiForm was chosen for this project due to the durability of our composite decking, designed to withstand high traffic and ensure long-term performance with minimal maintenance. The ease of installation provided by our clip and screw system allowed for quick removal and replacement of individual boards, facilitating the necessary access to the covered drain.
