Decking designed for New Zealand
BiForm Solid Composite Decking boards offer the perfect blend of durability and aesthetics and have been carefully developed to enhance any project.
Our composite decking stands out as the only Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) product on the market to be rigorously tested and appraised by BRANZ to meet New Zealand Building Code Standards. This endorsement underscores its superior quality and reliability for architectural applications.
Why Composite Decking?
Combining style and sustainability, our composite offers a sophisticated alternative to traditional timber. Crafted from FSC-certified, ethically sourced timber and recycled plastic materials, it not only mimics the look and feel of timber but also significantly reduces maintenance demands, promising longevity that surpasses that of conventional wood decks.
At 4850mm long, our composite decking is available in three practical profiles and a range of stunning colours. Supported by well-design accessories, BiForm Solid Composite Decking ensures a versatile and high-quality solution for all your outdoor needs.

What is Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) or Composite decking?
Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) decking is formed from a mix of wood products, plastic, and high-quality additives. Through the application of heat and pressure, this mixture is moulded into decking boards.
However, not all WPC is created equal. Our wood plastic composite prioritises durability, sustainability, and stringent quality control. Here's how our product meets and exceeds the key factors for superior composite decking:
We use FSC-certified timber converted into wood flour, kiln-dried to 0.6% moisture content at the time of manufacture. This process prevents delamination and deterioration over time.
Our decking incorporates 100% recycled plastic, avoiding the use of virgin plastic that could delaminate under our harsh sunshine.
Our formula has been optimised for New Zealand weather conditions. With only 30% plastic content, our decking is less more resistant to our harsh UV, minimising thermal movement while retaining a natural timber-like appearance.
BiForm Solid Composite Decking is exactly that—solid. Unlike some hollow profiles suitable for the Northern Hemisphere, our solid profiles withstand the Australasian climate without disintegrating as our decking was specially designed for NZ conditions.
We include only necessary additives for durability, such as antifungal agents and UV protectants. We are mindful of our rare status as a Red List Free product and would never add anything harmful to people, animals, or the environment.
Our blend of heat and pressure—our "secret sauce"—is replicated in each batch to guarantee consistent quality. We are committed to creating high-quality, durable composite decking boards, and we have a nearly 20-year track record of doing so.
