Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund products within 28 days provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice and
• is unopened and unused
• in original condition and packaging
• has been properly stored in normal living conditions,
• has not have been exposed to the elements.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return by email. You’ll be refunded by bank payment so please include your bank account number in your communication.
You will be refunded your purchase price minus :
• The original freight cost
• The value of any damaged or non saleable items (we will send you photos)
• A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price of the returned item for Flooring and Decking returns
